AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Individuals
CLC offers individual counseling and assessment. To help people leading busy lives CLC offers face to face, video and telephone sessions. Individual meetings are designed to help CLC understand your situation, help you gain insight and take purposeful steps towards your goals.
Couples
CLC recognizes that more often than not individuals have wives/husbands or significant others that are sometimes part of the problem but always part of the solution. CLC will seek, whenever possible and warranted, to include a partner in individual counseling sessions. CLC also recognizes that for many people the source of distress is the marriage itself. CLC works with couples to improve communication, increase intimacy, and provide tools for couples to move forward together.
Families
CLC works with families whenever possible. Most often CLC works with families when children are the reason for seeking counseling and include the family because family involvement is critical to achieving sustainable solutions.
Groups
CLC provides group counseling. Appointments are scheduled on our website calendar. Group counseling may be generalized or about a specific topic. No more than 10 people will participate in a group counseling session with one counselor.
